SoCalSkinworks stands behind their product 100%. We calculate shipping carriers based on cost effectiveness, unless additional services are requested. Normal orders will be shipped during the business day following your order.
If at any time you order something you are not happy with, we will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. Please contact us with your concerns. In the event of a return, the product you return must be in good condition and be able to be resold. All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Unless there is a mistake in the order itself or a shipping error, you acknowledge responsiblity for all shipping costs and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our return policies are designed to avoid "refund abuse" and, again our goal is to insure that you are delighted with your purchase.
