Returns and Exchanges
Unopened/Unused Product Guarantee:
If you change your mind or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product/products to SoCalSkinworks for a full refund.   Returns or exchanges must be unused, in the original packaging and in the state that you received them in.   Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
In order to return or exchange an item/items, you must do the following:

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive the
appropriate adjustment on your credit card as soon as we complete your return.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow
enough time for you to relax and check-in.
A late arrival time unfortunately will result in a shortened treatment time in consideration of our other guests, although you would still be responsible for the price of the treatment at the time of your booking.
Cancellation Policy for Day Spa Services:
We require 24 hours notice for any spa service cancellation. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Right of Refusal:
SoCalSkinworks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed displaying inappropriate or improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

If you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address.
